I founded The Daily OP to change how we approach wellness. So often, advice is overwhelming, and progress feels out of reach. My philosophy is simple: change doesn’t happen overnight—it happens over time. By focusing on small, incremental improvements, I’ve been able to maintain my own health journey, and now I want to help you achieve the same.
